* Roads through Banaue or via Baguio from Manila are all cleared of land slides and are passable to most vehicles. A car with a higher ground clearance, and not necessarily with 4x4 capability would be able to make the trip.
*Orange season ended earlier this year than expected. Orange picking will resume by late September 2013 when oranges will be in season again.
*As mcuh as we would want to accommodate everyone come Holy Week 2013, we will not be able to as we are already fully booked from March 27-30, 2013.

Our Rooms
Bunk Rooms
Our bunk-rooms are good for groups of either six or eight people and is priced at P450 a person a night. All our bunk rooms have their own private bathrooms with hot water.
Minimum Room Rates:Bunk Rooms with 3 double deck beds: P1500 per night for 3 occupants or lessBunk Rooms with 4 double deck beds: P1800 per night for 4 occupants or less*Plus P450 a person a night for each additional occupant.
Mini-Executive Room
Our Mini-Executive Rooms have a queen-sized and a single bed. It has its own bathroom and heated shower, this room could accommodate three adults comfortably. Through those white curtains would be over looking an orchard of over two thousand orange trees. The room rate is P1500 a night.
Executive Room
The Inn's Executive Rooms have two queen-sized beds, comfortable for four adults. There are four Executive Rooms. Two of which are located at the corner side of the building having two different views of the property- the rock garden and the huts. All four rooms have their own private restrooms with hot and cold shower. For a night, we charge P1800.
